Abstract645)      PDF (2681KB)(347)
Optimizing the storage and transportation logistics system focus on the optimization of the oil supply chain. It is necessary to take into account the cost of each link in the process of oil logistics, and to formulate the optimization scheme according to the actual needs of the enterprise itself. Based on the related theories of oil storage and logistics, combined with practical production situation of a transfer oil terminal, the existing storage and transportation facilities, such as tanks, cranes and loading systems, are optimized and integrated, and mathematical models are established to optimize the distribution and transportation problems so as to reduce operating costs and bring more economic benefits for the enterprises.

Abstract589)      PDF (9166KB)(364)
Presently, the constant temperature hot water mixer was produced, because the central hot water engineering was developing towards largescale automation and humanization. The mixer was automatic temperature control equipment, which was the supporting facility of water system. RNG kε turbulence model in CFD software was used, and threedimensional numerical simulation was carried out on the hot and cold water mixer. The flow field and temperature field were analyzed, and the influence of inlet diameter, speed, and temperature on flow field distribution and mixing effect was found out simultaneously. The results could truly reflect the complex flow in the mixer and provide a theoretical basis for studying deeply about the design and improvement of mixer in the future.

Abstract283)      PDF (496KB)(221)
Often involving the problem of the flow in different angle elbow pipe on the process of water film lubricated transport of super heavy oil, the flow fielde is more complex in elbow tube than in straight one due to the effects of bend curvature. There is speed of deflection and pressure distortion in its flow field, which not only causes loss of energy, but also hase an influence on the stability of water film. CFD software was used to do numerical simulation based on the water film though different conditions of 45° elbow and 90° elbow, after analysis to determine 90° elbow should be selected to increase the line height under this condition. The study provide a guidance to the actual operation and can optimize operating parameters by CFD simulation software.

Abstract366)      PDF (1580KB)(435)
A freezing damage is a common problem that pipe lines is buried in fro zen underground area encounter. To study freezing damage and take scientific and effective measures to prevent freezing damage , it is necessary to predict the changes of the temperature field of frozen soils around underground pipelines in the frozen - thaw process , and the change relationship between the temperature field and moisture field. The temperature field of the soils around underground pipelines was numerically simulated by using finite elements method. The influence of moisture transfer and phase change on temperature was taken into consideration. The temperature distributions of the soils around pipeline at different time were given, and the results were analyzed. The results show that the moisture transfer and the phase change have definite effects on heat transfer of the soils, which should be considered in calculation.
